At Speedy Sloth Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. While we generally don't accept returns due to the custom nature of our stickers and keychains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

✅ We Will Accept Returns For:

  • Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged or don't meet quality standards
  • Wrong Items: If we accidentally ship the wrong product
  • Shipping Damage: Products damaged during transit
  • Quality Issues: Products that don't match the description or images

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you don't want the item
  • Used Items: Products that have been applied, worn, or damaged by customer
  • Custom Orders: Items specifically designed for your team
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional sales

3. Return Process

If you believe your return meets our criteria, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 7 Days)

Email us at hello@slothathletics.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Step 2: Get Approval

We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Step 3: Return the Item

Ship the item back to us in its original condition. We'll process your refund once we receive it.

4. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these criteria:

  • Time Limit: Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Packaging: Original packaging should be intact when possible
  • Documentation: Order number and proof of purchase required

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Amount: Full refund of product cost (shipping costs may not be refunded)

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

We Cover Return Shipping When:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • Item arrived damaged due to shipping
  • Item is defective or doesn't meet quality standards

Customer Covers Return Shipping When:

  • Return is due to change of mind
  • Item was damaged by customer use
  • Return is for any other customer-initiated reason

7. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or design if:

  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Desired replacement item is in stock
  • Customer covers shipping costs for the exchange

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact Us: Email within 48 hours of delivery
  • Resolution: We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund
  • Shipping: We cover all costs for damaged/defective items
